Information for Attorneys

Our office has over 25 years of experience in treating patients referred by attorneys. Our philosophy is to always "put the patient first."

Toward that end, we evaluate and initiate treatment in a timely fashion, usually within 24 hours for acutely injured patients.

Our staff is expert at dealing with PIP cases, motor vehicle accidents, workers compensation injuries and other injuries where litigation or potential litigation is a factor. We will help in coordinating various insurance benefits with the liability carrier, private insurers, and medicare.

Dr. Kanner produces a comprehensive, well written, and cogent medical report immediately upon seeing the patient. The patient is followed on a regular basis and all reports are forwarded in a timely fashion to legal representatives, insurance and other medical care providers, as requested by the patient.

When necessary, Dr. Kanner is also quite accommodating in scheduling depositions and court appearances, whether as a treating physician, an expert witness or a "hybrid." He has testified at Circuit and District Court levels.
