Our medical staff consists of Dr. Martin Z. Kanner, Paul Moroney, Director of Physical Therapy, and Mr. Herschel Budlow, Registered Physical Therapist.
Paul Moroney has been a licensed Physical Therapist for almost 13 years. Originally from Ireland, Paul is an experienced therapist with a hands-on approach in musculoskeletal problems. He is an alumnus of Northeastern University in Boston with a bachelor of science degree. He is a huge sports fan, and supports all Boston teams especially the Patriots and Red Sox.
Mr. Herschel Budlow, Registered Physical Therapist, is highly respected as one of the most experienced and knowledgeable physical therapists in the Northwest Baltimore area. Mr. Budlow has practiced as a physical therapist for almost 45 years. He was previously Chief Therapist for a leading private orthopedic group. He has maintained his own devoted following in private practice for many years. We are pleased at the knowledge and experience Mr. Budlow brings to our facility.
As a fitness buff himself, his opinion is frequently sought by patients, particularly seniors and "weekend warriors," in developing appropriate exercise programs.
Our accounting, clerical, and receptionist staff is renowned for their personal touch in helping patients navigate through today's complex medical and insurance environment.
